Shinobi Unleashed began as a passion project by a solo developer determined to build the open-world ninja RPG he always wanted to play but could never find. The core vision: a persistent, evolving world where a player's progression and choices truly matter.
After launching into early development, the game quickly found a dedicated community — growing organically to over 1,000 players through word-of-mouth alone. Built entirely in Unreal Engine 5, the project is a testament to what independent development can achieve, with player feedback actively shaping every update.
